Over the years, the series has grown and evolved into a well-organized event run by a dedicated board. Their mission is to bring a mix of mainstream artists and emerging bands to the foot of Emerald Mountain, providing a platform for both established and up-and-coming musicians.
Reflecting on the series’ progress, Waldman acknowledged Colorado, and particularly Steamboat, for its openness to various music styles. He expressed his hope that this sentiment will continue well into the future, ensuring the success and vibrancy of the Steamboat Free Summer Concert Series for years to come.
