The 2023 winter season at Steamboat has been nothing short of amazing. From the first snowfall in November to the closing day on April 16th, we experienced some of the best skiing and snowboarding conditions in recent memory.
Over the course of the season, we received more than 400 inches of snowfall, which provided the perfect foundation for creating a winter wonderland on the mountain. It’s hard to put into words the pure joy of carving through fresh powder on a clear bluebird day or the exhilaration of catching air off a jump in the terrain park.
As the season drew to a close, we took a moment to reflect on some of our favorite moments. From cozy fireside après-ski gatherings with friends and family to exploring the mountain’s hidden trails and finding new runs to conquer, the memories we’ve created this season will last a lifetime.
We’d like to give a special shoutout to the staff at Steamboat who worked tirelessly throughout the season to ensure that the mountain was safe, well-maintained, and welcoming for visitors from all over the world. Their hard work and dedication made this winter season one of the best ever.
As we say goodbye to another epic winter at Steamboat, we’re already looking forward to next year’s snowfall and the adventures that await. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a first-time visitor, there’s no better place to experience the magic of winter sports than Steamboat. We hope to see you on the slopes next season!
In the meantime, we’ve put together a photo collage to help you relive some of our favorite moments from this unforgettable winter season. Enjoy!
Thank you for being a part of the Steamboat community and making this winter season one to remember. Until next time, stay safe and keep adventuring.
