September 2022 Routt County Residential Market Stats
- 75 homes Sold in September of ’22 compared to 120 sold the September prior, down 38%
- There was a substantial decrease in the number of new listings that hit the market this past September down 37% to only 72 new listings
- Only 51 homes went under contract this September, down 50% from 102
- Homes were on the market on average 12 days less in September of ’22 coming off in 36 days vs 48 days in September of last year
- Home prices still rose on average by 16%, clocking in at $1.172m this September and $1.011m last September
