Make An Offer
When you find the right home, be prepared to work with your agent to submit an offer as quickly as possible. The offer will include your pre-approval letter, your offer price, earnest money, down payment, contingencies, closing date, and offer expiration, amongst other things. If the offer is accepted, you are officially under contract to buy the house! If you receive a counteroffer, you can either accept the counteroffer, make a new offer, or walk away. If the seller declines your offer, you could make a more appealing offer or move on to look for a different house. Either way, we never want you to settle and we will always be by your side no matter what you decide.
