Living in Steamboat Springs wouldn’t be the same without the Steamboat Ski Resort and the amenities and neighborhoods that surround and support our most treasured asset. From the southwest neighborhood of Tree Haus to as far north as The Sanctuary, to the southern collection of homes surrounding Whistler Park, homes for sale near the Steamboat Resort are a mix of single-family homes, apartments, condos, and luxury estates for everyone. When you talk about views that frame the ski resort like no other, to the southwest of the Steamboat Resort is the Tree Haus neighborhood with its homes perched up on the eastern facing hillside that offer spectacular alpen glow sunsets and wintery snow globe experiences of the resort. With 120 lots, Tree Haus offers the feeling of being in a remote part of town and yet shopping, restaurants, the Yampa River Core Trail, and the Steamboat Resort are all less than 10 minutes away. The Mountain area never rests with World Cup competitions, free concerts at the resort base, holiday festivities, the Burgess Creek beach scene during the summer, miles of mountain biking and hiking trails, night skiing, and one of the best aprés-ski scenes in North America. It is not hard to see why this is the focus of our valley and the soul of the Steamboat Experience.
