I highly recommend Robert as a real estate agent. He has done an excellent job for us through the sale of two properties and the purchase of one. The two sales took place post 2008, in very difficult markets. His ability to appraise properties and accurately assess market conditions allow him to make realistic pricing recommendations while most agent will just tell you whatever you want to hear in order to get you to list with them. Both of our sales were under contract in less than 90 days and both properties sold while other listed properties in our neighborhood did not sell. Robert made the different. Robert is honest, intelligent, knowledgable, creative, open-minded, hardworking, and pleasant to deal with. Because of his honesty and pleasant disposition he has good relationships with the other realtors which leads to lots of showings. Over the years we have worked with many realtors and Robert is certainly the best we have known.
