Sold a home in 2019 in CO 80477.

We have lived in and around Steamboat for 30 years and decided a few years ago to move somewhere with less snow and found ourselves with 2 homes/properties to sell. We initially worked with another realtor in town, for one of our properties. Our downtown home was a rental with high volume and did not fit their model for selling. We have known Robert and his wife since they moved to Steamboat, so knowing they are excellent people, community members, and hard working provoked us to list both of our homes with Robert and his team when we decided to liquidate our assets in Steamboat.

What we found out is that Robert is knowledgeable of the market, the process, the community and labor resources. Additionally, he has recruited and trained a top-notch team. Our homes had some unique situations to navigate through at times. Robert operated with the utmost professionalism and integrity through the most difficult of situations. He was never daunted and was always willing to take a look at options we brought to the table, as well as never being short of options coming from him and his team. Additionally, there were a few times when unsavory realtors were disrespectful in their behavior while showing or seeking to show our home. Robert was quick to right their wrong and make up for those in his profession with poor ethics.

There are a lot of realtors in town. Many we know personally. And only a few we would recommend. We would highly recommend Robert - not only because he was successful at selling our homes, but mostly because he did it with professionalism and care.
