There’s a special kind of buzz that floats through downtown Steamboat Springs this time of year, and one of the biggest sparks behind it is the return of the beloved Steamboat Farmers Market. For over 15 years, this weekly tradition has grown from a handful of local vendors into a bustling Saturday ritual that now features more than 135 booths stretching along Yampa Street. What makes this market unique isn’t just its size or scenic location along the Yampa River, it’s the heart and soul of the community on display. From fresh-picked produce and Colorado-made crafts to live music and local food trucks, it’s a celebration of everything that makes Steamboat special. The market draws locals and visitors alike, all looking to connect with growers, artisans, and neighbors in a setting that feels more like a reunion than a shopping trip.
The return of the Steamboat Farmers Market feels like the official kickoff to summer. Starting Saturday, June 7, Yampa Street will once again transform into a vibrant stretch of community, color, and connection. Team Yazbeck will be at the Steamboat Montessori booth, if you see us, come say hello! We will be offering cups of water, and displaying items like hand-made art and jewelry. All donations received from the crafts will support the Montessori School.
Steamboat Farmers Market will continue every Saturday through September 20, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
