Tour de Steamboat

On Saturday, July 13, from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, the Tour de Steamboat will bring together 1,200 cyclists for a scenic ride through Northwest Colorado. Starting at Olympian Hall, Howelsen Hill Ski Area, this annual event offers three road routes (26, 46, and 66 miles) and two gravel routes (50 and 100 miles) to accommodate riders of all ages and abilities.

This non-competitive event encourages participants to enjoy the majestic scenery at their own pace, with aid stations, support, and a festive end-of-ride barbecue and craft beer garden. Ticket prices range from $20 to $175, with all proceeds directly benefiting local non-profit organizations in Routt County.

The Tour de Steamboat is a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to supporting community initiatives. Beneficiary non-profits assist with planning, marketing, and event operations while also committing to “pay it forward” by selecting other local organizations to receive a portion of the event proceeds annually.

Why It Matters to the Community and Non-Profit Organizations
